Joan and I want to thank you for everything that you did for us and our family.  We appreciate the extra special personal care you gave us.  You made us feel welcome and like one of your own family.  The tours, the coordination and especially your insights and input were wonderful.  We enjoyed spending time with you both.  You made our trip exceptional.
